The Billboard App is a custom application designed specifically for Xerox ConnectKey-enabled devices. With our innovative technology, clients can utilize our web-based tool to create an announcement displayed as the walkup user interface of their MFP’s. This app can be used to create custom messages to communicate with employees concerning company safety information, policies, training, or other important announcements.
Our simple web-based tool allows the user to customize the message’s appearance including selecting color schemes to match company colors and brand, adding and positioning images, and altering the message’s content and position to communicate effectively with their staff. Distribution is as simple as adding the MFP’s serial numbers.
