Find business cards in Salesforce
Note: After you upload a card to Salesforce, it will appear in the Scanning Queue tab.
1. To access the Scanning Queue tab, log in to your Salesforce and click the plus icon (+) located on the far right end of the tab bar.
2. Locate and click the Scanning Queue link.
3. All scanned business cards will appear on this page as well as any attached enhancements below the business card image. You can edit information here then process the card as a Contact or Lead.
To add the Scanning Queue to your tab bar, click the plus icon (+) and select the Add a Tab link. Select Scanning Queue from the Available tabs list. Click Add, then click Save.
Note: You can also access the Scanning Queue by going to the Salesforce App Launcher in the upper right hand corner of your screen, select Scanning, then select Scanning Queue from the tab bar.
Tip: If you have the Premium OCR services, the Salesforce fields will be automatically populated.
